Job Description

Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Senior Business Analyst – Retail Financial Operations (aka Project Manager) works with senior leaders, across multiple departments, to drive change in the retail financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be able to lead every stage of an assigned project from requirements gathering, project management, data analysis, integration and preparation, visualization, to presentation. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role in the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)’s suite at our Administrative Office (HQ) in Irving (Las Colinas), Texas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and develop project plans and roadmaps to support strategic initiatives within the Operations, Collections, Vehicle Remarketing and Real Estate departments
  • Map out current processes, identify disconnects and re-engineer processes to gain efficiencies
  • Create ad hoc reports to help the business understand current operational performance
  • Communicate desired solutions to senior management with assumptions, process and logic
  • Partner with department managers to develop and analyze metrics in order to determine current KPI effectiveness (focus on Operations and Collections)
  • Assess current capacity standards and measurements (for both corporate and field) and determine how to modify in order to maximize efficiencies
  • Streamline current store operational processes to increase performance through time savings
  • Work with Collections department to evaluate and enhance call center strategies (i.e. rates, timing, technologies)
  • Manage upcoming projects that include upgrades to our Collections and Remarketing software, Applicant Tracking system, and Operations call center

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS or BBA)
  • Master’s degree (MS or MBA)
  • 5 years of work experience
  • Strong analytical skills with a record of developing and evaluating complex data sets
  • Proven interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to take on multiple projects with contending priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering insights to senior-level executives
  • Local (Dallas/Fort Worth area) candidates only – no relocation
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and not require sponsorship in the future

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience using SQL
  • Experience developing KPI’s and dashboards
  • Previous retail operations, collections, vehicle remarketing and/or real estate experience a plus

COMPENSATION

  • Annual salary of up to $142,265
