Job Description

The Senior Business Operations Analyst, reporting to our Chief Operating Officer (COO), is part of a dynamic team of business operations management professionals. This position will work with senior leaders in Operations, Collections, IT, Accounting, and Real Estate to solve key business issues using data and analytics.   An ideal candidate will be able to lead every stage of an engagement from requirements gathering, project management, data integration and preparation, analysis, visualization, and presentation. This role is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will help foster a data-driven culture throughout the organization.  This position is based at our Administrative Office (HQ) in Irving (Las Colinas), Texas.


  • Create automated processes to clean, analyze, and report data

  • Partner with teams across the company to set and manage shifting priorities

  • Develop project plans and roadmaps to support strategic initiatives

  • Enable data-driven decision-making at all levels of the company

  • Map out current processes, identify disconnects and re-engineer processes to gain efficiencies

  • Develop ad hoc reports to help the business understand current operational performance

  • Clearly communicate analytical results to senior operations management


  • Annual salary of $136,500

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)  

  • 5+ years of experience solving business problems in Operations

  • Proven record of developing and analyzing complex data sets using SQL or similar tools

  • Experience using business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI

  • Proven interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to take on multiple projects with contending priorities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering insights to senior-level executives

  • Local (Dallas/Fort Worth area) candidates only – no relocation

  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and not require sponsorship in the future


  • Experience working on a team and as an individual contributor

  • Experience preparing reports for C-level executives

  • Previous retail operations corporate experience a plus
